Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic agency. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance our agency's growth and the success of the brands we manage. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the agency's or client's goals and target audiences.
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, e-commerce, and websites.
Create lead generation strategies to drive traffic and boost conversion rates.
Act as the primary communication liaison between the agency and its clients.
Channel Management & Optimization:
Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.
Content Creation & Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce engaging, high-quality content for digital campaigns.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Take ownership of content planning, from strategy to scheduling and posting.
Manage community engagement across all owned social channels, ensuring clear communication and creative direction.
Develop content that supports various social channels and formats, with a focus on storytelling and engagement.
Assist with written copy for sales materials, onboarding documents, transactional templates, and other digital assets.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
Stay informed about the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends, recommending their adoption as needed.
Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, offering actionable insights to enhance strategies.
Implement reporting systems for content, audience analysis, social listening, and competitive benchmarking, updating plans based on key learnings.
Budget & Resource Management:
Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management software, and email marketing systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with a talent for creating compelling marketing content.
Demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and budgets.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks is a plus.
